SLA 3D printing is abbreviated of stereolithography, which is a kind of process to cure various of photosensitive resin from liquid to solid. The liquid resin will be exposed on the light. And it will form a cross section layer by layer from bottom to the top after UV laser. This job will be repeat again and again till the parts is complete.
Since part is sensitive to the UV light, normally, the surface will more smooth and it can present superior detailed artwork but the hardness will be weaker than SLS parts. And it will be more easier to deform and change color under the sunshine.
Photosensitive resin 8000 is a new material for SLA equipment, which has been introduced in the last two years. It is suitable for validating model products with required design dimensions. The printed products have smooth surface and high precision. The product can be sprayed with various colors at the surface, but it can not withstand high temperature.
